Envelope Proof Program
Families will receive an Envelope Order Form with at least 2 image proofs to choose from after Picture Day.
Prior to Picture Day
Your school will receive flyers, posters and stickers to help promote Picture Day. Please make these visible to all parents by including flyers in take-home folders and hanging posters on doors/walls.
Electronic Class Rosters are due with Student First Name, Last Name, Class Name, Grade, Teacher
Stickers are to be placed on students the day prior to Picture Day.
It's Picture Day!
Our friendly professional photographer will arrive at the assigned time and work with each teacher and student for a successful Picture Day!
Every student will be photographed.
What's Next?
Within 2 weeks after Picture Day, your students will receive an Envelope Order Form with at least 2 Image proofs. These are due back to the photographer in 10 days with payment.
Print Packages will arrive to the school within 2 weeks of payment due date.
Your school will receive a donation check for a percentage of profit sales.
